Product Description
Spiral wound gasket is formed of V-shaped or W-shaped metallic strip piled with soft non-metallic filler by spiral winding, and connected the end by spot welding. Spiral wound gasket can be used to seal fluid pressure up to 250 bar cryoprenices temperature as low as -200ºC engineering industries and up to elevated temperature of 1000ºC.Products are widely used in the oil, gas, petrochemical process and
engineering industries.
* The outer ring is generally manufactured from carbon steel with an anti-corronsion treatment.
* Other special material gasket can be customized, such as 304L,321,316TI,317,310S,347,410,duplex
steel, Monel, Inconel(600,625),Incoloy(800,825),Hastello(B2,C276),T2 piled with special non-matellic
material, such as inner or outer ring, expanded PTFE, Non-asbestos, Mica.
